I know Gary had previously mentioned that the new CD might be coming out in late October, but that has changed. As of right now, it looks like the new CD will be coming out in January. As soon as we know the official date, we will post it here with all the details.

I guess you can't rush perfection...and I think that's what Gary wants it to be. Couldn't wait for October to get here...now 3 more months! It will be well worth it! Just have to watch and listen to others videos on that well-known video site, for the Get Off On The Pain tour so we can hear some of the new material. Hope the fans going to the HOB shows fill us in on the new stuff they'll hear!

When I heard Kix Brooks say that the new CD was due sometime early next year on Sunday's ACCTop40 show, I woke up fast with a loud yelp "What's this $&*@ about NEXT year?" So reading this post is not exactly a shock...just a disapointing confirmation.

The good thing is there is so MUCH music coming out in the next 6 weeks, now Gary won't be lost in the crowd! I really did not want his music ignored because everyone was fixating on new C Underwood or the other acts. Plus, once his new CD comes out, all the other acts will be left waiting a couple months before I will play anyone's music beyond Gary's, so this way I can bide the wait checking out the other acts and then be free to luxuriate in the bliss of new Gary music.

Besides, don't we all need a cure for the post-holidays blues? I can't think of a better reason to look forward to January than a new Gary CD.

Wonder how many people will give me a copy for my birthday next year? LOL That's what happened in 2007 when the GH came out weeks before my b-day.

One more positive...now when we hear the new songs at the Vegas New Years show (which, if it hadn't already occurred to him, would be the PERFECT time to perform every one of the new songs LIVE for us to have a preview hint, hint), they will be all the more a treat for us!

Additional Hint/Idea How about giving every fan club member who attends the NYE show a sampler disc of some of the songs off the new album to wet our appetites for the full platter of delight???? Years ago, before I was introduced to country and Gary, my old favorite artist did that at a concert before the release of his next CD, which the fans were quite grateful for.

Got to look for the positive side of things!

I was looking forward to Oct too but look on the bright side - with the cd just being released in Jan. - that pretty much guarantees more shows being added next year! Woo Hoo!

Don't feel too bad guys on the delay of Gary's album. Trent Tomlinson's new album was supposed to come out in July and now it's been pushed to 2010 without a solid release date. Hideous.

I am bummed out but still guys look what we have to look forward too.

Well now this really sucks...I was looking forward to being the first person in Austraila to have Gary's new CD....but that's ok I can wait a few more months and still be the first.It will still be as GREAT as if it were coming out now.I CAN'Y WAIT!!!!!!
