Going with Bruce Springsteen how about "Secret Garden" or "Candys Room". Any Bob Seger song would be cool, but would love "We've Got Tonight"

I DO NOT CARE WHAT GARY SINGS I STILL LISTEN BECAUSE ITS GARY AN HE DOES AN AMAZING JOB ON ANY SONG HE SINGS BUT I LIKE WAYLON I'VE ALWAYS BEEN CRAZY HE IS SUPPOSE TO BE SINGING THIS SONG BUT HE AIN'T AN I DO NOT NO WHY. :D :) :rolleyes:

Hey Y'All,

My family and I was talking and trying to figure out which artist "today" best matches up with an artist of the "past". We came up with some pretty interesting matches. The only artist that we all seem to agree on, to match up with Gary, was Johnny Cash. So, I would love for him to do a Johnny Cash Song and I'd be alright with that! ;) Rings of Fire, that would be great!!!

Was reading an article about Don Henely (of EAGLES fame) working on a country album of covers. Just finished listening to his End of Innocence CD as a result and think Gary would do magic covering "The Last worthless Evening"

One of my favorite songs ever is Boys of Summer by Don Henley. The Ataris recorded it a few years ago and did a good job. I would love to hear Gary sing this. I think he's got the voice for it and could put his own spin on it.
